We recommend booking items for hire as soon as you know your date and rough numbers to secure the items you want. All items are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available, please get in touch and we can suggest other alternatives.

You can make amendments by 10% higher or lower up to four weeks before the event – this is subject to availability.

Yes a non refundable deposit will need to be paid to secure a booking. Four weeks before the event we take a security deposit (based on a percentage of the order total covering any loss and/or damage) and the remaining 50% balance.

We accept bank transfers only, funds must be cleared before we can deliver your items and all figures are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Non refundable deposits will not be returned if order is cancelled. We process all deposit refunds via BACS transfer within five working days of the items coming back to us.

If there are any additional charges for lost or damaged items this will be deducted from the deposit, we will let you know first before we process any returns so you know exactly what’s being charged. For corporate clients, please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Our hire period is 48 hours.

There is a ‘replacement charge’ included in your quote.

As this is a dry hire service we do not set up the tables, deliveries are arranged so hotel/catering companies have the hire items to set up as needed.

All our prices include a washing up charge. All we ask is that the glasses are emptied and the plates are scraped clean of any food residue before you put them back in their original crates (which are charged for if any go missing or get broken). A ‘How to care for’ document will need to be forwarded to the venue prior to the event. Most venues are familiar with caring for rental items.

Our minimum order value is for a minimum of £250 excluding delivery charges.
